5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables and work product created specifically for a client engagement will be owned by the client upon full payment. Barty Consulting Limited retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We provide our services and recommendations in good faith based on the information available at the time of the engagement.
7. Payment Terms
